- Plan, execute, monitor and control all advertising and promotion matter and budget
- Plan, implement, manage and supervise all sales and marketing strategies with the marketing team to achieve targeted projected sales
- Analyze, formulate, execute and update of corporate branding for all existing and new property development projects
- Conduct and analyze feasible study with regards to market demands and trends, marketable property size, major clients, competitive edges
- Keeping up to date with general market intelligence
- Manage, monitor and development the marketing team via on-going training and support
- Qualification in Real Estate or other relevant qualification
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Property Development & Management and 2 years' working experience in similar position
- Possess in extensive knowledge in property industries
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- High English proficiency (Spoken and in writing).
