• Ensures accuracy and timely financial reporting for all revenues.
• Prepares business plans and revenue projections for the company.
• Reviews the financial reporting for company.
• Ensure monthly closing of accounts are performed timely.
• Monitors the issuing of billings, reminders, termination, and other relevant documentation to ensure they are done according to the terms and conditions on the Tenancy Agreement.
• Identifies and discusses any issues or outstanding cases and how to resolve them with the Director of Finance.
• To establish, harmonize and maintain appropriate formalized purchasing policies, compliances and procedures across the Sunway Shopping Malls Group.
• Oversees the department’s staff force, and is involved in the training and hiring of new staff.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• Member of a professional body.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Audit and tax experience.
• Analytical with fine attention to detail and accuracy.
• Possesses technical skills in Microsoft application programs (especially in Microsoft Excel) and other Accounting/ Finance related system.
• Demonstrates leadership, proactivity, ability to multi-task and effective communication abilities.
