- Responsible for servicing and maintaining all machines in manufacturing and mechanically & electrically
- In charge of planning and leading the mechanical and electrical operation of Maintenance Department.
- Must have experience with machine repair and either machining or electrical troubleshooting.
- Replace, repair, and make new components for production equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on machines.
- Technical support and perform analysis for all projects, installations, and repairs
- Facilitate and perform preventive maintenance to keep machines in working order and minimize downtime
- Documentation data recording – maintain and record all facilities critical equipment to fulfill and meet safety and audit compliance for local authorities (DOE, DOSH, BOMBA, etc.), ISO14001, etc. and all other critical audit such as customer audits and other related audit from time to time.
- Monitor’s contactor performance and work closely with outside vendors and contactors to ensure work is completed according to specifications.
- Any task/project; as and when assigned by Superior.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree of Engineering in Mechanical/ Electrical & Electronic or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of working experience in the related field
- Good knowledge in mechanical and electrical, project planning and maintenance management.
