Job Description
The Application Technology Analyst will be based in Skudai, Johor. Responsible to determinate required improvements on the systems, supervising its correct implementation in order to meet customer’s requirements and support customer’s application.

• Responsible for analyzing complex business problems in order to solve them with automated systems
• Responsible for providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective
• Lead cross functional linked teams to address business or systems issues
• Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
• Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
• Designs details of automated systems.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in IT.
• 2-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Excellent in English (oral & written)
• Excel, Administration, Analytic, Customer oriented, Emphatic
• Fully Bilingual
• Proactive, able to deal with frustration
