Job Description

Job Scope

  • In charge of day-to-day office administration and provide seamless administrative support to ensure smooth business operation
  • Monitor and manage business's office administration expenses with updated reports and records
  • Assist Consulting Team in all HR Consultancy (HRC) Projects and Consulting Products Development (CPD) to meet and exceed clients' expectations
  • Provide administrative support to the Business Development Team which directly or indirectly contribute to the company's revenue


  • Posses at least a Diploma in any field, a Bachelor Degree will be an added advantage
  • 1-2 years experience, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Strong coordination to meet commitments and quality expectations
  • Detail-oriented, excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills (listening, speaking, writing)
  • Able to work independently under minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines
  • Good command of written and spoken in English, Malay and Mandarin (required to manage Mandarin Facebook Page)
  • Solid computer skills, including but not limited to MS Office and Google Cloud
