- In charge of day-to-day office administration and provide seamless administrative support to ensure smooth business operation
- Monitor and manage business's office administration expenses with updated reports and records
- Assist Consulting Team in all HR Consultancy (HRC) Projects and Consulting Products Development (CPD) to meet and exceed clients' expectations
- Provide administrative support to the Business Development Team which directly or indirectly contribute to the company's revenue
- Posses at least a Diploma in any field, a Bachelor Degree will be an added advantage
- 1-2 years experience, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Strong coordination to meet commitments and quality expectations
- Detail-oriented, excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (listening, speaking, writing)
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines
- Good command of written and spoken in English, Malay and Mandarin (required to manage Mandarin Facebook Page)
- Solid computer skills, including but not limited to MS Office and Google Cloud
