Job Description
Based in Pasir Gudang, 6 day work week.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall Factory Admin (Warehouse, Logistic, IT, Procurement, HR, Office Admin and coordinate with factories) functions of WCI - Pasir Gudang.
- Assist the Factory Manager to Plan, Organize and Lead the overall Factory Admin operations of WCI-Klang to achieve BOD’s and/or MD’s mission and vision.
- Ensure that all Factory Admin operation activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner. Sets targets for the team members and provides the necessary coaching to further optimize performance.
- Responsible for the process improvement and enhancement of the Company’s Factory Admin operations.
- Responsible for ensuring that all standards established are adhered to.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Protective Services & Management or equivalent.
- 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity & handling the full scope of factory administrative functions.
- Must be able to communicate (read and write) in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and be computer literate.
- Exposure to human resources, logistic/shipping/freight, IT, admin, purchasing, and ISO functions is a prerequisite for the position.
- Knowledge in factory maintenance, safety & health matters with excellent organizing skills an added advantage.
- Must be experienced in various government licensing / permit requirements related to the manufacturing industry.
