Job Description
At our company, the Admin & HR Executive (Administration) is responsible for the following tasks:-
- Monitoring and reviewing the administrative system and policies to ensure maximum effectiveness.
- General administration duties and management.
- Monitor, update, and manage documents regarding foreign workers (recruitment, permit extension, etc.).
- Administrative tasks over employee benefits and welfare.
- Manage company security systems.
- Monitor organizational health and safety issues.
- Provide support to HoDs to facilitate general administrative work.
- Monitor outsourced IT services.
- Act as a supporting role to HR-related matters.
- Act as a liaison for the company to external entities.
To be a great fit for the job, we require these specific skills:-
- Skill in writing reports and chronicles for reference purposes.
- Skill in writing memorandums, letters, and proposals.
- Skill in making group presentations, conducting grievance and disciplinary interviews,
- Skill in sourcing updated knowledge on current human resource practices.
- Skill in conducting counselling to employees.
- Skill in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Skill in organizing safety campaigns and activities.
- Skill in providing specific directions and exercise total control on delegated tasks.
We also require that you have adequate fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu for the purposes of writing reports and liaison tasks.
