- Be responsible in data entry of document.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Assist Sales & Service team in handling private & confidential documents and filling.
- Monitor office supplies and liaise with suppliers.
- Organise and monitor office set up and tidiness.
- Support in administering staff attendance & leave record.
- Organise event and function for office personnel.
- Assist management in consolidating reports.
- Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
- Preferably candidate who possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in office administration. Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Role.
- Required language: English and Mandarin. Mandarin reader is a must as need to liaise with Mandarin speaker internal & external customer.
- Required skills: Communication & listening skills, Business etiquette, Detail oriented, Organising skills
- Microsoft Office & IT-savvy, comfortable working with systems.
- Willing to work on weekend.
- Willing to be base in Kulai, Johor.
