• Handle inquiry/order/quotation/label artwork design request from customers
• Issue Sales Order/Delivery Order/Invoice/etc
• Input data entry for Batch number
• Liaise with planning/warehouse on stock availability/delivery schedule/goods returned etc
• Handle customers’ complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
• Book vessels with freight forwarders
• Plan and coordinate activities related to delivery, shipping, logistics, import & export
• Monitor delivery and ensure customer’s satisfaction
• Negotiate sea/air freight cost with freight forwarders
• Coordinate, process and expedite relevant shipping documents for import/export shipments
• Update customers status of delivery schedule and shipping documents
• Apply for Certificate of Origin via MITI
• Any other duties assigned by the management
• Bachelor’s Degree in Administration/Business Study or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing industry is required for this position.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
• Mandarin is required to support clients from China, Taiwan and local market
• Proficient in IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Exposure to accounting system
(Autocount, SAP & others) is an advantage.
• Exemplary planning and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Excellent written communication skills, especially in English
