- Handle all general office administration.
- Liaise and communication with government department like application, submission and update.
- Liaise with Secretary Company for all relevant matters.
- Providing research and sourcing work when required.
- Arrange travel, accommodation and transportation to overseas travel of the director .
- Remind and update Director on important tasks and deadlines.
- To handle payable payment.
- Candidate must possess at least STPM/Diploma/ Degree in relevant.
- Candidate must have at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Good interpersonal skills, responsible, positive attitude, independent, ability to work under pressure and multiple tasks.
- Proficient in written and spoken in Mandarin & English is a must as need to liaise with China Customers.
- Comfortable with changing priorities on hand project.
