- Schedule meetings and trainings, make lodging & transport arrangements.
- Constantly maintain office equipments, office supplies, pantry supplies to maintain efficient office operation.
- To maintain office asset management system by keeping data updated.
- Assist in procurement as and when required.
- Manage correspondences by answering emails.
- Answer phone calls and transfers them as necessary.
- Draft, format, and print relevant documents.
- Maintain employees leave records.
- Photocopy and file appropriate documents as needed.
- To perform any other office administrative task assigned by MD from time to time.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM / Diploma in any field (Preferrebly Business Studies / Administration / Management) or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to work under minimum supervision.
- Well organized and detailed oriented.
- Diplomatic and Team Player.
- Proficient in English, both writing & speaking.
