Job Description
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in administration, paperwork, office work
- Able to operate basic computer software including Words, Excel, PPT, etc.
- Good handling on numbers
- Candidate with accounting or HR background / education is preferred
- Able to operate basic computer software including Words, Excel, PPT, etc.
- Good interpersonal skill
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operations of the full HR functions, including recruitment,
performance management and payroll.
- Follow-up on probation review and preparation of confirmation letter
- To maintain proper employees’ personal files including employees’ personal details, offer letter, leaves, etc.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
- Assist in daily office routine, including preparing meeting rooms, functions room.
- Recording meeting minutes in different meeting
- Assist in daily lunch benefit
- Monitor attendance of all colleagues
- Handling leave application
- In charge of monthly new staff orientation program
- keep stock of all office uniforms and jackets
- Handle administration task including operation assist thru day to day operation
- Communicate between colleagues and handle any work-related interpersonal issue
