- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 2 years working experience required (working experience in car dealer will be advantage)
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work independently
- Mature, honest and trustworthy
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required by management from time to time
- To perform accounting matters and assist in general administrative works
- To prepare payment vouchers, petty cash voucher, Journal, accounts receivable, accounts payable and bank reconciliation.
- To prepare and update of sales invoices, purchase order
- Assist to coordinate with customers for information gathering/documents compilation
- Assisting in payment collection.
- To maintain proper filing system and ensure traceability of documents.
- Assist in daily operation and answering Incoming calls.
- Pleasant personality, presentable and able to interact well with people.
We are established in Oct 2020 and our Business role is Sale of Motor Vehicle.
