WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: 工作范围
Admin Assistant & Receptionist:
  • You will be the first contact point of the firm, you will receiving the calls and the walk-ins, greeting them in the upmost professionalism and most welcoming manner possible.
  • You will be directing the calls and the visitors to the respective persons in-charge, and to seat them in the respective waiting areas if necessary
  • You will be handling the daily ins and outs of documents exercising best possible care of the documents, as all documents are important and sometimes of private & confidential nature.
  • You will also be learning some basic accounting knowledge through handling some basic accounting administrative matters.

  • 你必须把相关的来电 / 客户转接给相关负责人,或把客户接待去相关等待区域

  • 你将会学习和处理一些基本会计相关的文职、行政方面的工作

Category 1: completion of probation period of at least 3 months
1. Travel allowance (monthly): RM 100
2. Meal allowance (monthly): RM 100 
Category 2: completion of 1 year full time employment period:
1. Further increase in monthly meal allowance
2. Eligible for annual performance bonus
3. Fully subsidized annual company trip
4. Subsidies to parking expenses
5. Subsidies to annual renewal of professional memberships
6. Subsidies to fulfilling annual minimum CPD hours.

5。专业会计相关公会年费津贴
6。专业培训课程的费用津贴 (20 小时的年度强制的)
