Job Functions :
- Responsible for handling full set of CONSTRUCTION account, bank reconciliation, monthly accounting report, audit schedules and etc.
- Perform daily accounting transactions including monitoring sales and cash transactions.
- Preparation of weekly & monthly cash flow, aging report, rolling budget & any ad hoc reports.
- Ensure timely submission of monthly accounting report, management reports, forecasts and good budgetary controls.
- Verify and ensure all accounting transactions have been properly keyed in or updated into accounting system.
- To ensure all financial transactions and accounts are in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Liaise with banks/ auditors/ tax agents/ authorities as required.
- Formulate, review and implement internal controls and ensure compliance with current accounting practices & principles.
- Any other ad-hoc task assigned by the Management.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/ LCCI/ Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Able to work independently
- Minimum 5 year(s) of working experience in Accounting or related field.
- Must self-motivated, proactive, have good communication skill, able to multi task and able to work under pressure.
- Candidates must be willing to work in Kulai.
