Job Description
- Assist in prepare full set account of simple / investment holding companies.
- Accounts Receivable-Check and Process incoming funds, Issue invoices and receipts, Record Data, Bank in of Cash.
- Accounts Payable-Check and Process Payments, Prepare payment vouchers, issue Cheque, Record Data
- Review, keep track of all subsidiaries submission of accounts
- Assist in perform Group consolidation.
- Assist on front desk customer queries (if needed)
- School Management System-Update student payments into SMS, generate invoices and receipts, prepare monthly reports, generate entries for financial reporting.
- Month end activities-GL Reconciliation, Preparation of Financial Statements, Management Reports (including preparation of key indicators e.g recruitment numbers, ICA application success rates), Budgets, GST, and other statutory submissions.
- Manage and maintain the tax database for the Company and related entities
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
- Offer support and guidance during audits.
- Any other duties assigned by the Employer, Management and/or Supervisor.
Job Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Junior/Senior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting/Taxation or equivalent.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping processes.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent time management skills to meet strict deadlines.
