Job Description
- Responsible for account data transaction and ensuring accurate data entry into the system.
- Manage account payable and account receivable.
- Prepare inventory control reports and key in inventory transaction into the system.
- Responsible for preparing monthly reports.
- Prepare cheque for payment, payment voucher, report and documentation.
- Prepare and update the account schedule such as fixed asset, balance sheet, hire purchase, etc.
- Prepare end month journal and entry into the system.
- Prepare Financial Report and cash flow summary.
- Prepare account data and query for account audit and tax audit.
- Assist in overall filling of account related documents and administrative documents..
- Assist other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.
Requirement:
- Diploma in accounting / LCCI / Minimum SPM/STPM with accounting knowledge.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Computer knowledge and with Microsoft Office skill is necessary.
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- With Accpac accounting system will be added advantage.
- Applicant must be willing to work in Kulai.
