Job Description

  • Handle full set of accounts of a portfolio of clients individually or supported by assistants;
  • Handle Month-end closing for a portfolio of companies;
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting packages;
  • Handle/supervise a team of junior accountants/executives to handle day to day outsourced finance function, including AP processing and payroll;
  • Consolidation of simple to complex group accounts;
  • Compilation of financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards;
  • Assist in providing financial management services;
  • Solve complex accounting issues from time to time;
  • Advising clients on matters relating to finance operation, accounting system, accounting treatment and reporting when necessary; and
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignment assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-year working experience in accounting.
  • External audit experience is an added advantage.
  • Diploma, Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or their equivalent.
  • Committed, meticulous, good time management, resourceful, proactive, able to work independently, effective verbal and written communication skill, honest and able to run with the ball.
  • Familiar with International Financial Reporting Standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Working knowledge in Accounting Software (SAP / Oracle / Netsuite / Salary will commensurate with qualification and relevant working experience.
