Job Description
- Handle full set of accounts of a portfolio of clients individually or supported by assistants;
- Handle Month-end closing for a portfolio of companies;
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting packages;
- Handle/supervise a team of junior accountants/executives to handle day to day outsourced finance function, including AP processing and payroll;
- Consolidation of simple to complex group accounts;
- Compilation of financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards;
- Assist in providing financial management services;
- Solve complex accounting issues from time to time;
- Advising clients on matters relating to finance operation, accounting system, accounting treatment and reporting when necessary; and
- Undertake ad-hoc assignment assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-year working experience in accounting.
- External audit experience is an added advantage.
- Diploma, Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or their equivalent.
- Committed, meticulous, good time management, resourceful, proactive, able to work independently, effective verbal and written communication skill, honest and able to run with the ball.
- Familiar with International Financial Reporting Standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Working knowledge in Accounting Software (SAP / Oracle / Netsuite / Salary will commensurate with qualification and relevant working experience.
