- Reporting to Company’s consolidate accounts.
- Role as business advisor to BOD & MD pertaining finance matters includes risks & potentials highlight.
- To in charge & handle overall accounting, finance activities, forecasting and budgeting within group.
- To establish & implement SOP for finance activities & practice FRS.
- To handle & in-charge IPO , ensure listing application approved & company operation in BURSA MALAYSIA Stock Exchange.
- To liaise with share registrar, solicitor, auditor, tax agent, & company secretary on listing related matters.
- To liaise, review & negotiate with banker on funding & facilities matters.
- To responsible for reporting requirements to BURSA Malaysia & BOD on timely basis.
- To handle company expansion plan through merger & acquisition.
- To prepare annual budget ,forecast, business plan, cash flow planning, reporting Company’s present or future finance & account.
- To handle any other CFO role.
- Malaysian citizen ONLY.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Possess ACCA will be preferably .
- MIA member is preferably.
- Preferably 8 - 15 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in handle Ace Board / Main Board listing also welcome to apply.
- Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Corporate Strategy/Top Management or equivalent.
