Job Description
Account Officer (Welcome Fresh Graduate)
- Generally would be responsible for Receivable (AR), Payable (AP), Cash and Bank (Bank) and Asset (FA) module which includes but not limited to:
- Responsible for billing & accounts receivable management.
- Ensure smooth and punctual payment from customers.
- Maintain good relationship and contact with customers.
- Assist in Month End Closing
- Generate aging for receivables and sales reports.
- Prepare debit note and credit note for related companies balances (non sales items).
Senior Account Executive (Manufacturing & Construction & Trading)
- Handle full set of accounts and ensure timely closure of management accounts
- Prepare monthly management reports and analyze financial information detailling revenue, cost and expenses
- Responsible for management activities including fixed assets, budgeting, taxation & etc
- Maintain journal entries, analyses and reconciles general ledger, inter-co accounts, expenditures and revenue accounts.
- Maintain proper accounting records and filling system
- Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, banker, authorities and others
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior/ Senior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- 5 Full-Time position(s) available.
