Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitoring daily sales submission of outlets
- Responsible to key in Daily Sales & E-wallet Sales in Accounting System
- Maintain proper filing and keep sufficient accounting records, notes, listing and other supporting documents to justify the figures shown in the accounts.
- Prepare Corporate Outlet profit and loss statement ( P&L )
- Reconcile Daily Sales between Report, Bank & System
- Reconcile Cash in hand, float & cash discrepancy every month and key in journal.
- Checking shortage of outlets using P&L report given by manager
- Auditing at Outlets
- Filing sales receipt, bank in slip, payment voucher, sales book & GHL received.
- To perform any ad-hoc task assigned by management
REQUIREMENT
- Candidate must possess at least LCCI/CAT/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience is an advantage.
- Required Skills : AutoCount accounting and proficient in MS Excel.
- Good time management in order to complete tasks assigned.
- Integrity, positive work attitude and of pleasant character.
- Must be able work at SIMPANG RENGGAM
