Job Description
-Administer and process expense claims ensuring consistency and completeness of employee's claims.
-Daily accounting system data entries updates and perform accounting correction to ensure accurate records
-Prepare bank statement reconciliations
-EPF , SOCSO , EIS , PCB submission monthly
-Preparation of Payroll Slip and bank payment
-Prepared and submitted FORM E & Form EA
-Monthly supervision of payments and receivables management
-Timely preparation of monthly financial statements
-Fixed asset maintenance and control
-Closing of entity books (year-end closing) including preparation of Financial Statement and Statement of Financial Position
-Preparation of audit schedules and reconciliations, statutory financial statements, liaising with external auditors
-Liaising with tax consultants, corporate secretary to ensure compliance of entity with regulations.
-Undertake any ad-hoc assignments and admin duty
