- Update purchased raw material & others suppliers' invoice to ERP Dynamics System
- Update foreign currency payment voucher to ERP Dynamics System
- In-charged bank reconciliation - ERP Dynamics System
- To monitor monthly unrealised forex ex. Diff for FCA bank
- Update invoice & payment for raw material suppliers in Excel Sheet
- Prepare summary of JR from Sun Paper for rebate purpose
- Prepare journal voucher - accural & etc
- Prepare sales analysis by customer by item
- Prepare Inter-co transaction breakdown
- Filling documents
- To prepare costing sheet -- later
- Ac-hoc assignment
Qualification
Minimum Diploma in Accountancy and 3 years experiences in handling full set manufacturing account is an advantage
