Job Description

Job Description:

• Handle full set of accounts, including overseeing account payables, account receivables, fixed assets and general ledger functions.

•To handle ground work such as preparing payments for oversea branch and accounting data entry.

• To assist oversea Accountant in oversea's finance related task.

•To do the respective Account Receivables (AR), Account Payable (AP), Cash Flow and General Ledger (GL) coordination to ensure the financial data is accurate and properly reconciled.

•To prepare/review reconciliation for the bank, payment vouchers, debt & credit notes and daily cash flow.

•Ensure accurate and timely, monthly, quarterly and year-end closing.

•Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers and others.

•Responsible for accuracy of fixed assets, inventory, and daily transactions.

Job Requirement:

•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Accounting or Equivalent

•At least 5 Year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position.

•Great analytical skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills, leadership.

•Good presentation skills in both Excel and Power point.
