Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of account.
- Ensure timely closing monthly financial report.
- Handling accounting and related system reports accuracy.
- Executing accounting data to superior as necessary for corporate income tax filings.
- Monitor intercompany / supplier / customer reconciliations, and other month-end general ledger reconciliations.
- Create journal entries and ensure take in correct coding.
- Ensure that all entries are accurate and the transactions are reported in accordance to accounting standards and government regulations.
- Analysing and interpreting financial information, provide assurance that information complies with professional and regulatory standards.
- Manage Fixed Asset, Balance Sheet schedule.
- With strong problem-solving skills, provide solution.
- Liaise with external / internal auditor on any auditing matter.
- Any other duty assigned by supervisor / manager.
Job Requirements;
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Independent and can work under minimum supervision.
- Able to handle full set of account.
- Experience in Manufacturing will be added advantage.
- Problem Solving skills.
