Job Description
Account Executive (Main Task)
- Handle full set of accounts and oversea all related accounting tasks
- Monitoring of issuance of invoice, DO, PO, PV, CN and OR
- Prepare and analyze schedule expenses for auditor
- Liaise with Management Team, Vendors, Client, Auditors and any other statutory bodies for Statutory Reporting, Corporate Governance and Compliance's matter
- Documentation for tax (SST)
- Responsible and maintain fixed asset and inventory register
Human Resource (Secondary Task)
- To prepare payroll computation such as salary, overtime, allowances, commissions and etc
- Manage accurate attendance and leave record of the employees
- Check staff attendance, leave record and manage overall staff personnel files, ensuring all information are properly kept with highest level of confidentiality
- Manage and kept record for workers SWAB test, training and course
- Process statutory payment (i.e EPF, SOCSO, EIS & Income Tax) and ensure timely submission
- Prepare journal for payroll and other journal entries.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Account or relevant field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English (Candidates fluent in English is preferred)
- At least 5 years experiences in Accounting
- Knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism at all time
- Able to work under pressure with good time management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work with all levels of employees
- Candidates are required to have driving license and possess own transport.
