Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Handle full sets of accounts including general book-keeping, accounts receivables, accounts payables, bank reconciliation, taxation, P&L, and balance sheet statement
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly and annual financial reports to the management
- Responsible for end to end accounts receivable and liaise with internal and external parties for matters related to the collection of receivables
- Responsible for end to end accounts payable and employees’ reimbursement
- Monitor and ensure all the collections and invoices are properly documented
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
- Liaise with auditors and relevant statutory bodies
- Other related duties assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in handling full sets of accounts
- Good communications and interpersonal skills and maturity to interact effectively with all levels of staff
- Good time management and analytical skills
- Able to work independently
- Possess initiative and be results-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Malay
