Job Description
Job Scope
- Assist in finance related work such as handling petty cash form, claim, accounting filing, data entry, labeling and others.
- Weekly checking finance log book with school principal/ Therapy Centre.
- Responsible in sending finance document and arranging mailing document.
- Update records, verify invoices, month end closing, creditors, debtors and assist in preparing monthly financial reports
- Liaise with Company Secretarial for all relevant matters
- Undertake other task as assigned by management
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English
- At least 2 years work experience required.
- Know to use SQL/ AutoCount/UBS software and Microsoft office
- Able to start work immediately will be an advantaged
- Full-Time position available.
