Job Description

Stock Department

·        Receive incoming and outgoing goods, packing, loading and unloading.

·        Ensure accurate inventory recording.

·        Maintain the store in clean, neat, safe and organize manner.

·        Assist in maintaining raw material replenishment.

Customer Service Department

·        Daily report for Job done, thru email

·        Attend to customers enquiry Issue quotation, invoice and statement.

·        Fax or Email to customer for job confirmation.

·        Need to follow up the status for all outstanding matter.

·        Able to do multi-tasks.

Purchase Department

·        Replenish orders request issue purchase requisition.

·        Ensure Local parts & project parts stock level.

·        Physical stock take quarterly.

·        Issue Purchase order, Follow up delivery, Sourcing of supplier.

·        Manage store location.

·        Lodge warranty claim report against faulty parts.

·        Able to bargain price with supplier.

·        Contact with supplier.

Account Department

·        Preparing AP payment and data entering into accounting system.

·        AP data entering into accounting system.

·        Check and following up on customer’s outstanding payment.

·        Answering to vendor’s payment voucher record.

·        Proper filling of account vendors’ payment voucher record.

·        Check & tally our record with suppliers’ SOA.

·        Handling and dealing with the External Auditor.

Marketing Department (must have the knowledge in AI and PS)

·        Update and advertise in social media eg. Facebook , Instagram, Company Website..etc

·        Maintain & update customers’ database locally & internationally.

·        Generate & update sales personnel of updated customers database.

·        Create Customer awareness by phone calls, flyers, mailers etc.

·        Handle Road show and exhibition preparation.

·        Liaise with Exhibitions’ suppliers for designs and necessary preparation.

·        Design of art work for advertised of Monzone and our customer.

·        Design & update company presentation kit quarterly.

Requirements
